Dr. Lodge’s scholarly work is distinguished by its interdisciplinary depth and global reach. His publications have appeared in leading peer-reviewed journals, including the American Journal of Public Health, the International Journal of Transgender Health, and the International Journal of Drug Policy. One of his studies, on the dual burden of HIV and COVID-19 among migrant workers, was featured in AIDS Patient Care and STDs for World AIDS Day 2020, highlighting its contribution to urgent public health priorities.

His recent work integrates syndemic theory and intersectionality to examine overlapping impacts of HIV, mental health, substance use, stigma, and structural inequality.
